A decadent twist on the celebrated classic.

 

Ingredients

  • 25ml Black Truffle Gin
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes orange cocktail bitters (optional)
  • Fresh truffle slices or orange peel to garnish

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir to dilute and chill for approximately 25 seconds.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a slice of fresh truffle or an orange peel twist.
