Ingredients
- 50ml Marmalade Gin
- 1 Teaspoon of ginger jam
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Honey Syrup
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
- Double strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge.
