Copper in the Clouds x The Sword Inn Hand - Collaboration Dry Gin

We teamed up with our local gastronomic heroes from the renowned Sword Inn Hand restaurant in Westmill, to bring this collaboration gin to life.

Working closely with the kitchen team, we selected Lovage (a fresh herb with a citrus and celery like aroma and taste) to be the backbone of the gin. We distilled the lovage under vacuum to preserve the freshness of the herb and the result is truly sublime.

In addition to the lovage, it's been distilled with fistfuls of juniper and there's some familiar classic citrus, spice and earthy botanicals in there for good measure too.

It's a classic London dry style, we absolutely adore it and hope you will too.

Bottled in 700ml size only at 40% ABV.
