Introducing a very special and very limited edition release of our black truffle gin made entirely with fresh English truffles sourced from the English Truffle Company.
The truffles in this gin were hunted by man and labrador in a secret South coast location at the end of October 2025. We distilled them as soon as they arrived at the distillery, at their peak of their ripeness, creating a wonderfully aromatic spirit with true homegrown pedigree.
The delicate truffle flavour has been balanced with bright winter citrus and earthy juniper, perfect for ice cold martini's and spicy red snappers.
Limited to 102 bottles. Released on and shipped on Tuesday 2nd December.
