Turns out mango gin, apricot brandy and pineapples go well together. Who knew!
20ml Mango and Black Pepper Gin
20ml Apricot Brandy
40ml Pineapple juice
Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a sprinkle of allspice
