Turns out mango gin, apricot brandy and pineapples go well together. Who knew!

Tropical Reindeer

Ingredients

  • 20ml Mango and Black Pepper Gin
  • 20ml Apricot Brandy
  • 20ml Dubonnet
  • 40ml Pineapple juice

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  2. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  3. Garnish with a sprinkle of allspice
