Become the hostess with the mostess (or the host with the most) this Christmas with our four festive martini variations.

At Copper in the Clouds we LOVE martinis! Any variation served up in a stylish martini glass is an easy way to impress and welcome friends this Christmas (if they’re allowed over that is!) Spend your lockdown 2.0 sharpening up your martini game so you’ll be shaking your way into cocktail hall of fame come December.

Our four variations below completely cross the flavour spectrum, going from creamy and decadent to tropical and spicy. There really is something in there for everyone 🙂

Spiced Pomegranate Martini

Red cocktails mean Christmas! This this little number perfectly strikes the sweet and sour balance with festive gingerbread syrup and a combination of fresh juices. Using the foaming drops will create the beautiful white foam you see on top of the red body of the drink 😍

Tropical Reindeer

Tropical cocktails aren’t what come to mind in the run up to Christmas but there’s something magical about this combo of flavours! Featuring apricot brandy and allspice, it definitely has a festive feel even if you do feel it transporting you to a warmer place as you sip.

White Chocolate Alexander

Double cream in cocktails only makes sense at a certain time of year. Luckily, we’re just about to enter that period and we think the White Chocolate Alexander should be your creamy cocktail of choice in 2020! Creme de cocoa blanc, made with cocoa butter is the ingredient we’re mixing with gin the get that all important white chocolate sweetness and there’s even a link to where you can order some for yourself if you don’t have a bottle handy.

Pumpkin Spice Espresso martini

Contrary to popular opinion, Starbucks aren’t the only ones who do pumpkin spice well. We must credit them with the original pumpkin spice latte (they sell about 20 million of them a year!) but we’ve tinkered with their recipe and come up with our own masterpiece martini.
